As for the rooms, while generally clean, we noticed three spiders in the corners of the walls, which was unpleasant to see."

"The room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was delicious with many choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. My only issue is that our shower in the room was insanely small- like a closet. Otherwise, everything was wonderful."

"There was hair on the wall of the shower and in the tub. There was dust on the phone and side table, the door stopper was missing, the lamp pole was lopsided and was propped up against the wall and the arm chair was used to keep it from falling over. Security was no where to be found to patrol the area and to maintain the courtyard rules of no noise after 10pm. Understandably, that this is a family friendly hotel, however, maybe a section could be for individuals that have older children or no...

"Dilapidated rooms. If you want an older hotel feel then try this place. Its just an older hotel that's a bit run down. The room had damage all over sink, carpet, and walls. The carpet was disgusting. We had an adjoining room to another room that was missing the bar lock. Safety concern! The door could be opened. At around 2am I heard someone trying to open that door, I had already moved items of furniture in place to prevent that opening. I informed staff of this issue and it wasn't...
