"The location is great, right off the interstate. Our room had been smoked in, so the staff immediately got us a different room. It was clean and the beds were comfy. I wasn’t sure when I booked, but I was pleased with our stay."

"My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Friday night and checked out on Saturday morning. While the decor of the room was a bit dated, it was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being in such a large hotel. The only minus was that the window unit air conditioner took a little while to cool the room down, but it was a decent stay aside from that. I can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't try it. Recommended...

"For a handicapped person the room was excellent -I have been traveling across the country as I recover from a broken ankle following ORIF surgery --Not all handicapped rooms are as good as this one! Roll in shower was the best one so far. At a fancy hotel now in Vail Colorado and encountered problems......... ALSO staff were wonderful ! This was the first hotel were they gave a treat bag for our dog -- including a tennis ball --MUCH appreciated by our golden retriever. We have traveled...

"I was traveling to family on the 4th of July and the weather suddenly got really bad. I had to stop For the night. Check-in was great. Very friendly people. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Parking with easy access to my room. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I would definitely stay there again."

"We were not satisfied with the customer service at all. The television set in our room was not working. We called the main desk, and the person was already frustrated and did not want to do his job. After explaining that our TV was not working, he came up and played with it for a little bit. He knew the TV was not working, but played along like he was trying to fix it. Then he proceeded to tell us that it should be ok not to watch TV for one night. We asked for a replacement, to which he said...

"We stayed here for one night on a cross-country trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. the property was maintained fine and easy to access from the interstate, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay; it was basically just a cereal option, toast, and other bread/starch options. Our room was supposed to have a coffee maker but didn't. When we asked about it we were told we could just use the coffee and water in the lobby, which is fine but it's disappointing that...
