"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

"Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai. De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over. De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast. "Perfection at every level! I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time. The Oceanview room was nice.
