"It wasn’t fancy, it was okay. The you lady at the front desk when I was checking out was Amazing. I had lost my ring and when I called back, she went down and checked in our room and held it for me until I was able to get back to them later that day."

The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again."

"Staff was great , room wasn’t dirty had normal hotel wear and tear . Water park probably is more for children 8 and under I took my 13 year old and he got bored pretty quick . Also only one life guard ,slides aren’t watched and for some reason people allow their kids to run freely so if random kids partially drowning in front of you with no parents around isn’t your thing I’d probably not go, and the kids aren’t supposed to be in the hot tub but there you will find an insane amount of children in it. Over all it wasn’t horrible and it’s cheaper than Kalahari but you gotta weight your odds. "
