For the price, its a good motel just for a couple nights. Nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, and room aas clean.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, honestly can’t say enough nice things about them. Really appreciated how kind and accommodating everyone was! That said, just a heads-up: this is definitely on the budget end of the listings, so don’t roll in expecting luxury. The place could use a bit of a refresh, some of the towels and bedding had stains, and the floors could use a deep clean. Walking in kinda felt like stepping into a Waffle House at 2AM (no hate, just vibes). Overall, you get what you pay for, solid service and a decent stay if you manage expectations.

Stay at Redroof Grand Rapids MI

We had a good stay for a family of 3 with a kid. Receptionist was so friendly and helpful in answering our questions. It’s a budget friendly place, so do not expect things like included breakfast, etc. Recommend for a short stay.

Can't clean to save their lives!

Room was dirty. Floors not vacuumed. Hair in sink. Microwave was discusting. Pillows were very small and uncomfortable. They only saving grace was I saw a housekeeping worker and asked her to vacuum the rugs and she did it immediately. The staff were incredible and very nice. Customer service was great. Wish room cleanliness matched.

Some bravery required.

I chose this motel for its location. It has a mini-fridge. Two HUGE bugs in the room's bathroom. Frightfully huge. My vanity sink dripped a TON and formed a lake on the room floor which took three towels on the floor the whole time to mop it up / to absorb it. My room's window did not open which was a detriment. LOTS of loitering guests (or RESIDENTS??).....rubbernecking. People drinking and doing drugs in the motel parking lot. Bed was very comfortable and was clean. RIGHT next to a gas station which was great. Well-priced room which is another reason why I chose this place. I am not easily scared-off, so I chose this place as my motel, but others might be afraid of the bugs and the drugs. It was a bit noisy, and it had limited TV service. Towels were clean.

I believe this property exceeded my “value” expectations. I was traveling on a budget and Red Roof Inn helped me to afford this trip. I received a clean room, quiet environment at a very reasonable price. I would stay at this facility again.

Room was gross and not clean at all. Remote was broke and couldnt hardly see in mirror it was so dirty. Talked to lady at front desk she was upset and wanted us to change rooms. We declined bc we didnt want to move our stuff again. Smelled like musty wet dog so we bought candles. Bed was comfy. So basically front desk ladies were awesome housekeeping and room crap.

Decent for the price.

Decent for the price. Dont use the drawers, couple seemed soggy. Great friendly staff. Bed was clean and fresh. Shower temperature was to my liking, i like it colder than hotter. Laundry room was clean, 2$ to wash and 2$ to dry.

The room was not clean because someone soap was left behind just filthy …. It smell like pee in my room and nothing but crack heads that lives here. A dog try to attack my service dog. It was not worth the money but it did have a lot food choices to eat from

Cheap hotel so I wasn’t expecting much

My experience was worse than I anticipated. I got there around 8pm and checked in rather quickly. I get to the room, check around it and there’s stuff on the walls near the sink and in the bathroom (the sink isn’t in the bathroom). Not a deal breaker, I knew it was a cheap place. There are stains on the lamp shades, gross but whatever. I’m looking for the tv remote to watch something to fall asleep as I have an early flight. Can’t find the remote but while lifting up pillows, I found long black hair and stains on the bedding. That’s enough for me to ask for a new room. Front desk says they’re sold out so I ask for a refund instead. He finds a new room for me. Next room, I unlock and open the door, there’s no tv like it’s been stolen. I close the door immediately and go back to front desk to tell him about it. I get ANOTHER room, but they’re sold out I thought. This room was good enough, clean enough so I stayed. But i won’t ever go back again.
