I had issues checking in both times I stayed during our trip...once on the way, and again when we returned. Both times the clerk was unable to find my booking through Expedia. I had 3 rooms booked both times. The first time they eventually found the booking for all 3 rooms. The 2nd time they could not find one of the rooms we booked and had a confirmation number for so I ended up having to pay full price directly through the hotel which was an extra 20 dollars. Its not much but i dont understand how something like that can happen when i have confirmation numbers from Expedia.

The location was a bit out of the way even for Grand Island but the proper Tess nice. I think recently remodeled from the appearance and the stafywith whom we came in contact were pleasant.

Clean, no thrill hotel. We did check out the pool area. Our room was clean had a refrigerator and mircowave. The elevator is very slow and old. Breakfast is included but wasn’t kept stocked up very well.

pet friendly is a joke!!! $50.00 for our 6lb.dog!! Never paid over $30.00 some charge nothing! That should be disclosed before booking!!!!

Hotel was clean but furnishings were not in good repair. The legs on desk in the room were bowed, the bathroom vanity was badly scuffed, and the frame on the bathroom mirror was scraped and peeling.

This Hampton Inn was disappointing and far below the usual excellent quality of other HIs we stayed at recently. The room furnishings were adequate but quite dated. One light bulb was out; the toilet leaked; the TV did not include a guide or menu of programs; bedding was quadrette, but again below the usual HI standards.

Tornado warning during our stay and staff had no clue on plan. Put us in an office behind the front desk without any info or updates on the tornado during the entire time. Rust in bathtub and stains on bath towel. Not up to Hampton standards.

The hotel is in disrepair. We’ve been coming here for 15 years and it has not had meaningful maintenance during that time. Wallpaper is pealing off in a lot of places. Painting is needed, the toilet runs and runs. As opposed to other hotels, the staff’s attire looks too casual and not professional by Hampton standards. It is overpriced for what you get.

This hotel is in a quiet spot and was clean but it is very out-dated and needs a major update. Our TV was not compatible with any devices, the lighting was poor, curtain was broke and we had only 2 towels to shower with and they were the size of a large hand towel. Will not be staying here again.

Front desk was great. She answered all our questions. Room was hot even with AC on high and we did not have a TV channel list. There was a leaky faucet that I let the desk know about, and in the corner behind the bathroom door it looked like there was a repair done from a leak and there was still mold in it.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. The building is dated. The pool was closed. I was concerned that the fire doors in each end of the floors were propped open. I would have liked to have had somewhere outside to sit. The property was close to family.

When we got to our room we noticed a puddle of water in the bathroom on the vanity. Turns out the room above us had a toilet leaking. They did get a repair man in to fix it, but that was a rocky start. The breakfasts were great. The beds and pillows were very comfy.
