"Hotel staffs are uncooperative and not allow hotel guest to connect laptop to TV’s HDMI port for work. I booked this hotel partially relied on using the big screen TV for work. Very very disappointing "

"Gym had limited equipment (cable machine, a couple treads and bikes, along with a few free weights) but did the job. Also, there are four laundry machines (both washer and dryers are combined) which you can monitor their availability via your room’s TV. Overall a modern, clean hotel! It was quite the pleasant stay, and it was beneficial being right next to Osaka station (there’s a bridge in the second floor of the station that connects to the mall that leads to the hotel’s 2nd floor entrance)"

"The hotel has a perfect location which is about 2 blocks away from Osaka station and shopping malls district. Making it perfect for those who just wanna go out and explore without trying to follow a strict itinerary. The staff, although helpful, they could've definitely had a more positive attitude. "
