"this accomodation was our favourite during our 3 week trip to Japan. we were amazed by how nice our stay was, the inside was immaculate and kept clean and the staff were so friendly our entire stay. Our room was so spacious compared to all our other stays it was definitely worth upgrading to the bigger room as we had so much room and in the bathroom with the shower as well. location was also very convenient with the entry for the train station being right next door. could not recommend this place enough for anyone looking for somewhere in Osaka!"

"The room was beautiful. We booked a suite and it was on the top floor. Very awesome view. The people at check in were very helpful. Both me and my brother had to provide our passports at check in, though, so be sure to bring yours. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety of traditional Japanese breakfast options as well as some familiar western foods. Mostly everything was excellent. Only one food option I did not enjoy but that may just be my own taste preference. The Wagyu Prime rib is a must try though! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka. "

"For how much this hotel costs I was really blown away by how luxurious it felt! It was well worth tge price at a great value. There are hotel clothes and slippers available in the room that you can wear around to the lobby, spa, and breakfast. The room itself was spacious and I had a fantastic view! I also had a chance to try the public bath on the roof and it was so relaxing! The surrounding area is also worth exploring. I wish I had more time to spend here and will definitely book again on my future trips."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Osaka very much. The hotel is next to the Osaka train station which is very convenient for us to commute to many places. It is a short walk to many local restaurants and the shopping centres. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me to contact the merchant because I can't speak Japanese in relation to my duplicate credit card transactions. Our room was always spotless clean. Bedding and pillows are soft and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of healthy and delicious Japanese and international foods. We also enjoyed using the hotel's fitness centre and the indoor pool. We will recommend Hilton Osaka hotel to our family and friends."
