"Difficult to get excited about this hotel with the self serve style including check in, check out, and refilling the room supplies for coffee, tea etc. didn’t really interact with any staff members The hotel is clean and modern looking and was ideal for us. If you want no frills with easy access to the city then this will likely be good for you too. Hotel is located in the north of the city and within 5-10mins walk has good dept stores and restaurants nearby as well as a major train station a few minutes away, so can also get around the city via trains and subway. If you are coming to Osaka for the first time, make sure this hotel is located near the sights you want to see as the city is massive and you may prefer elsewhere if you want to see more of the southern or central areas."

"Another great hotel from this luxury chain. The lobby is stylish and inviting, the staff were lovely, patient, kind and efficient. Spoke English and tried to help me whenever I needed anything. Room had a fantastic view of the river and was clean, tidy with everything you could need. Shuttle bus between hotel and Osaka station was great, runs twice an hour and three times an hour during peak times throughout the day."
