"Our first time at LH. A well-managed property, in a quaint old-style manor. An excellent kitchen, with the quality of food being absolutely top-notch. (Breakfasts were an exception with the staff being slow or poorly organized.). "

Only con was that the beds were not queen but double and there was not chair in the room to work on the table as it was for one night so not much of a problem. "

"The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The gym was well equipped. The only thing I can say- the pillows were horrible! I highly recommend staying here, but bring your own pillow! "
