"This hotel is fine for a night or so. I just used it for a place to crash so cannot comment on anything other than the room (didn’t have breakfast either).
Positives: Bed comfortable, room clean.
Dog friendly.
Negatives: No elevator - which I hadn’t seen when I made the booking & I have mobility issues & struggle with stairs; pet fee $20/pet, check in seemed to take a long time.
Imo it’s kinda expensive - I booked same night as had an emergency at home and needed a room for the night - so...

"The room was very nice. The staff were very nice. The place was very clean. Easy access to the beach park. The only thing we did not like was no free breakfast. The breakfast buffet, which is just a small "continental" breakfast was $15. I don't think so!
That is our only complaint. "
