El dia mismo del check in nos avisaron por whatsapp que no podian recibirnos por mantenimiento del hotel. dijeron que habian avisado a expedia y a nosotros por correo, pero ese correo nunca apareció. Nos enviaron un voucher para otro hotel, sin consultarnos ni avisaron a expedia. Nos toco aceptar porque no teniamos muchas opciones, pero eso no se hace. El otro hotel no era mejor ni lleno nuestras expectativas. Eso no se hace.
