Pousada bem confortável, em uma região tranquila da cidade e relativamente próxima ao centro turístico (7-8 minutos de carro). Bom café da manhã. Quarto com ar condicionado, ótima limpeza. O único ponto negativo foi eles informarem que havia estacionamento, mas ao chegar lá, estava lotado e tive que deixar o carro na rua durante toda a estadia.

A estadia foi ótima. O serviço de quarto é excelente, todos os dias em que fiquei hospedada, teve limpeza no quarto. O café da manhã é simples, mas funcional. Em relação ao quarto, sempre cheiroso e arrumado, a cama é boa e o banheiro é grande e sempre trocavam as toalhas. A garagem é rotativa, mas não tivemos problemas com isso. Os colaboradores são muito gentis e solícitos. Fiquei hospedada por quatro dias. Adorei e recomendo. Ótimo custo benefício.

Quarto espaçoso, limpeza impecável, camas confortáveis, café da manhã variado, serviço de quarto perfeito, e o principal, o atendimento excepcional de toda a equipe. Tem um supermercado quase ao lado com lavanderia, restaurante bem perto também. Não poderíamos ter um hospedagem melhor em Gramado.

A acomodação em si é boa, quarto espaçoso com 1 cama queen e duas de solteiro, que acomodou bem o casal e 2 filhos. Café da manhã apenas razoável pelos padrões da Serra. Pontos fraquissimos são o isolamento acústico (hóspede de cima parecia trotar no apartamento e ecoava no nosso, primeiro andar), e o espaço de estacionamento interno é simplesmente PÉSSIMO! Piso não é aderente e o carro simplesmente patina para subir. Isso porque eu tenho um carro com tração integral... não fosse um senhor ajudar na manobra, teria fritado minha embreagem! Também não tivemos auxílio com as bagagens, mas ok pelo preço. Pelos problemas com barulho vindo de cima e o horrível estacionamento, não voltaremos e não recomendo.

Pousada boa, um pouco afastada do centro

Pousada acolhedora, simples, extremamente limpa, perfumada. Quarto quádruplo amplo. Banheiro amplo. Mobiliário novo e em perfeito estado. Banheiro amplo e ok. Café da manhã bom. Fica um pouco mais longe do centro (1,4 km) mas se vc não se importar de fazer uma caminhada, tudo bem. Estacionamento grátis pequeno, mas pode estacionar na rua, sem problemas e sempre tem vaga. Staff gentil, especialmente Leonardo. Minha única insatisfação foi porque o preço que paguei por 6 diárias, 2 meses antes da estadia, estava 800 reais mais caro do que o preço cobrado se tivesse feito a reserva no dia que cheguei a Gramado e mesmo assim, chegamos às 11h, ficamos aguardando pra fazer o check in e uma pessoa da minha família pediu pra tomar um café e comer 2 torradas, pq estávamos com crianças dormindo no carro e não daria pra sair pra comer, e foi cobrado um café da manhã a parte (mesmo eu tendo pago 800 reais a mais do que o preço cobrado naquele dia). Aceitei e paguei.
