Fantástico!

Excelente estada! O local é incrível, com diversos espaços aconchegantes e bonitos (jardins, capelas, chalés etc) e, principalmente um restaurante fantástico (onde também é servido um café da manhã muiiito bom). Mas o principal do Hotel são as pessoas, o atendimento é demais desde a chegada até o momento do check out, atenciosos e prestativos.

Muito bem localizado e luxuoso com bom atendimento

Nossa segunda hospedagem nesse hotel. O hotel é maravilhoso, mas dessa contou com algumas falhas. O ar-condicionado do quarto demorava muito para resfriar o ambiente, talvez estivesse mal dimensionado para o tamanho do quarto. O serviço do restaurante demorou bastante para a entrega de um misto quente, sendo justificado a alta demanda. A mesa do café da manhã era menor do que a última vez que estivemos no hotel e os ovos eram apenas no pedido a la carte, que estava demorando bastante também.

O melhor de Gramado

O hospedagem no Ritta Hoppner é tão mágica quanto Gramado em si! Tudo pensado em bem atender, em fazer o hóspede se sentir acolhido. A equipe é extraordinária, sempre simpática, prestativa, pronta para lhe agradar. É um atendimento sem igual, vc já se sente em casa no check-in. A beleza do lugar é ímpar, capricho em cada pequeno detalhe. As pinturas na parede são magníficas, o hotel em si já é uma marca! Queria morar ali! Está em meio ao verde e a natureza e, da mesma forma, a alguns minutos caminhando do centro. Região muito agradável, residencial, silenciosa… a hospedagem foi perfeita e queremos voltar em breve!!! O único ponto negativo foi ter que partir e voltar para a realidade, rsss!! Parabéns a toda equipe que tão bem nos acolheu! Saímos felizes e ansiosos por voltar! Quando voltarmos a Gramado, apenas ficaremos se for no Rita Hoppner
