O Hotel Alpestre é excepcional desde o checkin. O atendimento, a simpatia de todos os funcionários nos acolhem desde a chegada ao hotel. Tem uma excelente estrutura, tanto para os adultos, quanto para as crianças. Limpeza impecável, café da manhã variado e muito gostoso, a recreação é incrível , com excelentes recreadoras e sem contar as visitas do Alceu e da Lola. Voltaremos com certeza!

Incrível. Terceira vez no hotel, a recreação maravilhosa! Parabéns a todas as tias e a tia Sassa pela equipe que montou! As meninas são super animadas! O café da manhã o pessoal é suuuper educado e compreensivo, sempre passa do horário e não tem cara feia dos garçons, em especial ao Josemar que sempre me ajuda quando preciso e pede para a cozinha fazer o bolo que nós amamos para o café do dia seguinte! Hotel confortável, funcionários atenciosos, excelente café da manhã, roupa de cama e banho impecáveis e cheirosos. Chuveiro maravilhoso Não usei a piscina pois estava lotada . o Wi-Fi no quarto é praticamente inexistente. Absurdo um hotel desse porte não disponibilizar internet com alta velocidade. Tive que acionar o 5G. Sinal da Tv caía todo momento. Além disso a acústica entre os quartos é ruim. Ouve-se tudo do quarto vizinho. O check in as 15h é muito tarde para quem quer aproveitar a diária.
