O sistema do hotel estava sempre fora do ar. O hotel tem estacionamento incluído no valor da diária mas, a recepção só dá a opção do com manobrista cobrando uma taxa extra. Como tem um único funcionário, existe uma longa fila de espera pros veículos. Os funcionários do restaurante estão preocupados em oferecer as promoções e não trazem o que foi solicitado. A academia não funciona no horário estipulado. A piscina estava suja e as jacuzis sempre em manutenção. No geral, hotel está bem cuidado, limpo e confortável.

O café tem todos os itens repetidos diariamente. O ar condicionado dos quartos não atende à demanda em dias quentes, por isso, podem solicitar um ventilador para a recepção. Cama boa ! Chuveiro bom ! Controle de TV sem funcionar , toalhas terríveis caindo os pedaços , café da manhã fraco (sem muitas opções) bem diferente dos anos iniciais do hotel , guardanapo é de fazer vergonha ! Carpete dos corredores sujos , o pessoal da equipe (estacionamento- gente boa) recepção alguns mal humorados e que não levantam a cabeça pra dar um um bom dia !
