Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Achei um absurdo o valor da diária ser aquele preço e o estacionamento ser cobrado dos hóspedes! Isso com certeza para mim fez muita diferença e a propriedade perdeu pontos na minha avaliação. Não tem como veículos que não estejam hospedados estacionarem na propriedade, o estacionamento faz parte da propriedade, não é um parceiro externo, então, por que cobrar estacionamento do hóspede?

Nós adoramos nossa estadia no hotel, os quartos são excelentes, o hotel é lindíssimo, com boa estrutura! Só um adendo ao café da manhã, que devido ao tamanho do hotel fica extremamente cheio nos horários de pico, com muito barulho devido a lotação. Isso porque fomos em baixa temporada! Mas a qualidade também é excepcional, há reposições instantaneamente, e muitas mesas por todo o salão do restaurante. O mesmo para a piscina aquecida.

Segunda vez que fico lá , porém foi a última .. Atendimento fraquíssimo , pouca gente trabalhando não condizente com o tamanho do hotel. Café da manhã piorou significativamente. Com relação a custo x benefício pode ser uma boa escolha pois o preço da estadia está bem abaixo dos outros hotéis da região.

Infelizmente, o Café-da-manhã era verdadeira maratona.para entrar no salão, encontrar mesa disponível e filas imensas e demoradas para conseguir tapioca e/ ou ovos.fritos e omeletes Uma multidão para poucos funcionários que decididamente não dão conta da demanda! O restaurante é caro e comida sofrível!!! O que ameniza o desconforto é o quarto que oferece excelente cama e um bom banho. . A comunicação entre as torres se dá pela imensa garagem.que se tratuz em longas caminhadas em.ambiente inadequado. Nao recomendo !
