Very confortable bed! The staff is very corteous and professional! The first impression could tell that we hit the nail! Marcos was very gracious and attentive !

A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

O quarto tem algumas marcações da passagem do tempo com alguns problemas mínimos na pintura, mas ele é grante, limpo, bom banheiro e chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente. A equipe é nota mil e se destaca na hospedagem. O café é muito bom. A piscina é aquecida e tem uma sem aquecimento, que estão interligadas. Na piscina externa, há problemas nas tábuas do deck. O local é muito arborizado, há garagem gratuita. O restaurante atende ala carte com pratos bem servidos, os preços estão um pouco acima da média, mas aceitaveis para o local.

Tivemos um problema no quarto reservado, pois estava cheio de tema Natal com muito pó e a minha esposa tem rinite. Deveriam ter avisado antes. Trocaram por quarto muito menor pois não havia disponibilidade. Para compensar deram uma massagem sem custos. Entretanto Hotel tem uma boa piscina, mini golfe e quadras de tênis e padle.
