Booked our room and had an event that prevented us from checking in before 10:00pm and apparently the hotel had oversold their rooms. We went to check in and they said that they oversold the rooms so we had to drive 2.5 hours home after a very long day. Finally got home a 1:30am absolutely exhausted and extremely disappointed. Customer service is everything and Hyatt Place at Chapel Hill failed all the way around. I will never recommend this hotel and will be sure that I share this story openly. "
