Hi Paul thanks for your feedback, not sure why you are so concerned about servicing the rooms as you only stayed 1 night so this dosnt concern you here at all. We do have signs in all of our rooms that states housekeeping is done for guests that are staying for 4 nights or more, there is abso no need for the rooms to be serviced everyday, however it also states on the sign that if ANYTHING at all is required at any stage of your stay, just to let us know, its not a problem at all we will have it done for the guest. This has worked perfect for us for over 2 and a half years now. Our office ours on weekends are 8am till 12pm, anyone arriving after 12pm recieves an sms regarding details to access their room key, a very very simple process that you also recieved and and had no problem with it, another process that has worked perfect for us for about 7 years now. Also in the sms has 2 contact numbers, these numbers are monitored 24 hours a day for anyone that has any dramas, the front office door also has 3 numbers for people to contact that are also monitored 24 hours a day, very very rarely do any of these numbers get a call from anyone that has a problem with checking in.
