"“Cold” reception on arrival from male staff member. Although, we requested/booked a room with a queen size bed, our room sadly had 2 single beds. However, the room was luxurious with a perfect view. The staff serving breakfast were exceptional. Thanks 😊"

"The property was fine however I booked a king room with a sea view and had a partial view with an exterior metal stairway directly in the way. Informed the reception staff on our departure and shown them a picture of the view. We did arrive after dark and didn't realize the view until morning."

"We were warmly welcomed by Claudette at the Brighton Lodge after our scheduled accommodation was unfortunately hit with storm problems. Claudette helped us with our future accommodations and was very helpful with directions. We feel Claudette went over and above to make our stay a fabulous experience. Yes we would recommend the Brighton Lodge in Port Elizabeth"

"The reception staff is not very friendly, then we booked inn our rooms were not done yet, I didn't get a key or a remote, some of the cleaning staff had to go back and bring it to me, the beds are very hard and the maintenance of the whole resort can be brought up to date. The Restaurant is however lovely, the resort can definitely do with some maintenance but is very safe for the kids to play on their own."

"This is a beautifully restored house with an old charm. I enjoyed the big room and wonderful dinner. I will return for sure!"

"Séjour d'une nuit seulement mais le site est paisible et on a l'impression d'être dans une résidence et non un hôtel."
