When I booked the hotel, I didn’t pay attention, but considering the hotel is in a luxury category and by the price, I thought it was obvious breakfast was included. My bad!! Second disappointment. My room was super small and the toilet was loose. I let the lady at the reception desk know and, she told me she’d send someone to fix it. Two days...
