Staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good and the availability of a variety of coffees and teas all day was a very welcome surprise. The rooms however are dated and the breakfast tables are mainly set up for couples, not families.

Good budget hotel

This is a great budget hotel in a good location, close to tram lines and parks. The room was small but well furnished. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good! Wifi not super strong in the room but they have a nice common area with free tea and coffee and cookies if you need to work

Amazing stay in Göteborg. Close to public transport, clean big room and an elevator. Free breakfast and coffee/juices, you could also make waffles the whole day for free. Will definitely be back!

Good value, great service looks a little dated

Good central location with public transport a few minutes walk away. Lovely welcome and great service from the staff. Decent selection for breakfast and the afternoon waffles were a nice touch. I would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in my room but a good selection of hot and cold soft drinks (including biscuits 😋) were available for free in the breakfast room 24/7. Some of the common areas look a little dated, but the room was modern with a comfortable bed and a sofa.

5 star service in 3 star hotel

A great stay, service from thec4 girls i met was outstanding, so friendly and helpful. Free coffee, waffles and biscuits all day. 20 min walk from main station. 2 mins from Stenpirren trams 1 and 11. Room was small, no safe and no fridge, very good showrr. Breakfsst 3 hot choices and plenty cold buffet available. A 10 min walk to the shops, close to ferry terminal and old town Once again the service was excellent and I'd recommend it

Nothing special, beds are a little too soft for my personal taste. Hotel is old and kind of run down. Nice breakfast but seating area should be changed. We sat in the ”lobby” area and not too comfortable. Helpful staff.

Location is decent, a few buses and tram is 5 min walk, two stops from central train station. staffs are nice and friendly. But the whole building is kinda old, water drains very slow in the sink, maybe is to build pluming issue, and the towels are old and smell bad. I am in the non smoking room, but I smell the sole in the morning, probably the as from nearby room.

Hotel was great but doesn’t look like the pictures! Staff were amazing and the breakfasts were good, however felt a little deceived by the room pics. It’s not as up to date and modern as it looks, maybe this was just our room, I’m not sure! Very clean and comfortable so I can’t really complain. Only thing is that the walk in-shower we had didn’t have a tilted tray so the whole floor ended up wet. I would recommend if you are going to Sweden for a few nights and won’t be in the room for very long- but good value for money and overall a good experience.

Pros: comfy bed, lovely staff, great location, good breakfast selection. Cons: Light in room didn’t work, room was tiny and didn’t have a mirror in actual room to get ready with had to get ready in bathroom which was so small. Toilet flushed but all excrement would come back into the toilet after a while. Drains smelt. Shower powerful but flooded the bathroom. Old and worn decor needs a good revamp. Breakfast although great selection, was like feeding time at the zoo, it’s so small the buffet room that you’re on top of everyone. Didn’t bother going again as struggled to find somewhere to sit as it’s too small.

The hotel is located directly on the harbour and has very good connections by tram and direct bus stop. We booked this hotel because it belongs to the Best Western group, which is actually known for its very good quality. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The hotel is very poor for the price. The rooms are very small, totally outdated and run down. In the bathroom, the toilet seat always fell off when using the toilet. The breakfast room is very small and looked very rotten and dirty, especially the benches were very dirty. The radiators were rusted and hung crookedly on the wall. The breakfast was ok, but not outstanding either.
