設備の保守・補修

お湯が出なくて、修理してもらったが、直ったと言っていたがお湯が出なくて、部屋を変えた。 シャワーのお湯の出が少ない。 設備的に欠けや破損があっても、一時的な補修かそのままの部分がある。 シャワー室の床がふにゃふにゃしていて心もとない。

コンビニや食事処、モールも近くにあって、ロケーションはいいです。部屋も清潔感があって、非常にきれいで、快適に過ごせました。

Through hotels.com not guarantee had a good room

They give us a bad room, maybe its because we ordered from online (hotels.com) which is they would not received any cash from customer. some of the light in the room was not working, the shower also bad... the room well so smell anyway they have a good food and nice house keeping that makeover the room so well. a week later, my office had a occasion on this hotel, and they give us a room for one night, its very differently situation, compared when i personally ordered from online (hotels.com)

Doskonały hotel na regenerację i krótki odpoczynek

W hotelu spędziliśmy jedną noc w trakcie podróży po Sulawesi. Hotel był czysty a nasz pokój duży i wygodny. Bardzo smakowało nam typowo Indonezyjskie śniadanie z naprawdę dużym wyborem dań. Dodatkowo pod hotelem znajduje się dość spore centrum handlowe nie ma więc problemu ze zrobieniem zakupów. Hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta jednak w okolicy nie ma zbyt wielu atrakcji turystycznych. Jedyne za co obniżyliśmy ocenę to zamknięty basen i mrówki. Wybieraliśmy ten hotel aby się zrelaksować i nabrać sił przed dalszą podróżą dlatego zwracaliśmy uwagę na basen w hotelu. Na miejscu okazało się że basen jest w trakcie obsługi i będzie zamknięty przez cały nasz pobyt. Wielka szkoda bo basen wyglądał z zewnątrz całkiem przyjemnie a biorąc pod uwagę niewiele atrakcji w pobliży hotelu było by to najprzyjemniejsze miejsce na spędzenie wieczoru. Niestety obsługa hotelu nie zaproponowała nam nic innego w zamian. Poza basenem malutki minusik za malutkie mrówki. Generalnie w niczym nie przeszkadzały poza tym, że były pierwsze przy herbacie ;) i nie można było zostawić na dłuższą chwilę nawet grama jedzenia ani picia. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie pomijając basen i to, że jak na warunki Indonezyjskie hotel do tanich nie należy.
