"The staff were very helpful! They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was once a real palace, and the room was gorgeous! And the air conditioning worked great, with the weather turning hot."

"This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection.
No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. The place was so unacceptable that I am requesting a full refund and for the place to be dropped from Hotels.com.
