" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "I am very delighted to recommend this hotel to my friends and family . staffs are very polite very helpful and specially staff MITRE from the front desk she went extra miles to help us . i and my family are very happy and satisfied about our stay . Thank you . only one thing a bit disappointed no locks in the shower room . even though we are all familywe all respect our privacy . "
