"We loved the location of the property and the rustic, relaxed feeling of the property. The staff, restaurant and food were great. However, the rooms are in dire need of some renovation. The mattress and bedding were not comfortable. One of the pillows smelled pretty bad and overall the pillows looked like they had seen better times. The comforter did not have a cover on it and was full of stains and what looked like cigarette burns. I would not call this a five star resort because of the condition of the bedding and the outdated room."

"After spending a few days in busy, crowded Valletta, Ramla Bay Resort was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and island views. Nice room with a big balcony, great restaurants, and a friendly staff. There are multiple swimming pools and a beach area - all with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas."

"its in a great location on a bus line so easy to get to. You can walk to restaurants. Self check-in can be anxiety causing but this went smoothly and easily. The place is modern and clean and I had a room with a balcony which was great. blackout curtains allow for a great sleep. Wonderful amenities and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. The breakfast was excellent and there was outdoor space if you wanted that, although its for smokers so eating out there may not work if there is a smoker outside. I didnt use the pool but on a hot day in Gozo this could be a wonderful way to cool down. The staff was VERY responsive by email and on the Hotels app. And very helpful and flexible. All in all a fantastic stay."

"The quaint hotel Is a little gem. The staff is amazing, very helpful and attentive. A special mention to Frankie who was so informative and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and had all we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The location is great. Well connected to local attractions and beautiful beaches by public transport. Worth while to buy a flexi ticket for unlimited travel which also includes the ferry crossing (we took the catamaran which departs from Valletta and only takes 45 min to get to Gozo. (€14 return ticket). The island of Gozo is wonderful and people very friendly, I would highly recommend a trip there and definitely staying at the Quaint hotel."
