I make the booking for 2 nights paid the money and not seeing the property when I arrived at touba Dialaw and asked where about the property no one know where is the property and no local number to contact .
Désappointes and can’t get refund no protection from Expedia that allow them to use there we side to advertise .

"Lac rose not so rose anymore… a pity… the hotel is basic, but good enough for a night or two. As Senegal is known for taking a longer Eid, morning service was a bit late"
"I arrived to be informed that they no longer take online bookings and therefore my expedia booking was invalid. They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation."
"Every part of the stay was amazing. I had an issue with mosquitoes on day 1, but I sprayed my room with Deet and the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again the next time I'm in Senegal. "

"We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels "
"Great quality price ratio. It was conveniently next to an excellent brunch restaurant and very close to the lighthouse restaurant for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The road leading up to the building is not paved due to ongoing construction and unclearly marked on google maps but this is a minor issue. "
