I love Radisson hotels and usually have a great experience. Upon arrival we had no hot water, it had been out for 3 days apparently. The road noise is loud in the rooms. Overall great hotel but the hot water was an issue and we didn't receive anything back from the hotel.

An Oasis amongst the dust and noise.

This hotel is a brilliant oasis amongst the dust and noise of the city in which it is located. The rooms are brilliant and service is great! The food was delicious too. This hotel although 4-star in rating, exceeds the standards of many of the 5-star hotels in India! Well done and thank you!

My recent stay at Radisson Blu was disappointing and far below five-star standards. Despite booking a suite, there was no greeting on arrival and the check-in staff offered no information about hotel services or assistance with luggage. When I requested accommodation for my driver, the staff member refused to help, and only after insisting did a manager intervene. Although polite, he could not find nearby accommodation and shockingly suggested that the driver sleep in our suite, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a five-star. The suite itself was clean but offered very basic amenities. Both TVs showed Netflix errors and, despite calling for service, no one attended. Noise insulation was poor, with late-night wedding music and early-morning traffic disturbing sleep. Breakfast service was also poorly managed—no greeting, no seating assistance, and staff seemed undertrained. Checkout again lacked courtesy, with no greeting or request for feedback. Overall, the hotel’s service quality felt closer to a three-star property, falling short in hospitality, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Very unprofessional staffs. Only focusing on outer looks and zero cooperation doesn’t make a property 5 star for too long. Front desk staffs are all inefficient. Electricity kept on tripping in every 10-15 min, twin bed provided instead of king bed, etc etc….Overall the amount we have paid has gone to vein. Never will I stay in Raddison Blu again. Highly DISAPPOINTED !!!

The staff were very courteous. As an American staying in Gorakhpur, the hotel was exactly as I would hope it would be. The breakfast is amazing and the room service dining was also excellent. I appreciated having access to a driver for airport shuttle and one other trip we needed. Will stay again when we return in 2 months.

Nice hotel at a good location.

The stay was overall good. Room was comfy and fine. But the inroom dining service was not good at all. They were very slow, dont respond to calls and we need to wait for long time to get anything delivered to our room. Their access cards also dont works in lifts. Many times we need to go to the reception to get them work again. And we saw many guests facing the same issue.

Firstly this is perhaps the only hotel in Gorakhpur with private parking. Radisson Blu Gorakhpur is otherwise an excellent hotel...excellent room, facilities, restuarant, ambience and staff (especially Aman, Simran & Arvind). There is also a rooftop swimming pool...although its closed due to covid. The hotel location is also the best location in Gorakhpur.

Since it was a business trip, we hardly stayed in the hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was elaborate. Though my stay was inclusive of breakfast but they were not communicated about it. I had to show my reservation which I received on mail and only then they agreed on it. Other than that stay was comfortable.
