"I had to change rooms because from day one there were tiny bugs getting into my food and drinks in room 245, and the toilets water pressure was very poor. The next room was a little better, but the bugs were still noticeable. There were also plumbing issues with the toilet and sink, and the AC had to be replaced because it was leaking a lot of water. On top of that, the TV went out of service for about an hour until staff came to fix it. Honestly, I feel some type of compensation should have been offered for all the inconveniences, but I chose not to make a big issue out of it. Outside of those problems, the staff was pleasant, professional, and friendly throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice and appreciated. The place is nice for a stay peaceful and nice pool for guests."
