"Wonderful hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in, in Europe. Think I got an upgrade, stayed on 11th floor, room was massive with stand alone bath, and seperate shower. Mini bar, coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, and apples in the hall. Only had breakfast one day as had to leave early on second morning, due to Storm Ingrid. But breakfast was great, buffet with huge selection of hot & cold items. Definitely a 5 star hotel"

"Lovely hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful.. Room clean and spacious (no pun intended), with some nice personal welcoming touches in room.. Amble storage for a short stay.. Breakfast is plentiful, good standard and choice.. Nicely located, close to town centre, shops, bars and restaurants etc.. All in all, a very nice hotel one that I’d definitely like to come back too.."

"We loved our room, it had a fantastic view looking down to the river and as the windows were high the hotel had provided this cute little set of steps so we could sit in the window and enjoy the view. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was pretty good, though not much variety over the week. "

"Great experience, staff very friendly, helpfull and upbeat. Hotel does have interior parking but almost impossible to enter...a mercedes wagon won't be able to enter as the angle is tight and turning. We Were lucky to park on the street but we had the inconvinience to bring to the hotel 6 pieces of luggage as we didnt want to leave in car, just in case.other than that I truly recommend, tons of great restaurants, near rhe icean/beach (two blicks away) great boardwalk. "The hotel is modern and the rooms are lovely. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only caveat is the parking garage. Extremely difficult to maneuver a car, and we scraped the side and damaged our car."

"The place is at the heart of Porto. The place is clean with very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed our breakfast as well as the dining area is kept clean with nice view of people walking down the street thru the big glass window pane. The amenities to socialize if just premium with everything withon walkable distance to shops and restaurants nearby. I would go back there again if i had a chance to return to Porto. "
