"Horrible, highly abusive staff if you have a disability. I had an epileptic seizure in the lobby at the time of check in. The front desk agent had already been informed that I have epilepsy. The agent accused me of being on drugs, told me I should go outside and wiggle in the dirt and get out of her lobby and did this in front of other hotel guests. Then she told me she didn't want my "kind of problem" at her hotel and threatened to call the police if I did not immediately get our of her lobby....

"The grounds ar nicely kept up. The room is very small and dated. The couch was very low and hard to stand up from. For the price we won't be going back."

"This is a great hotel for the price range. They have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms which is crucial for many travelers. The rooms are modern, new and clean. Our only complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower, but after staying in many hotels this seems to be a common problem. The environment outside the hotel isn’t ideal (across from a gas station and a Target) but you won’t found anything better in Goleta unless you can afford to stay at Ritz Carlton. I looked into...

"Appreciated the grab bar in the tub/shower but found the tub surface scarily slippery and wished for a textured surface or mat in the tub. And the motion sensor light in the bathroom wasn't so great in the middle of the night! A night light would have been better! Otherwise found the room comfortable, quiet, and clean. We weren't expecting to have to pay to park at the motel, though - that was a surprise!"
