hotelkamer en het hotel zelf erg ruim. Onbeschofte en ondeugende medewerkers, vooral die van aguapark. Zeer slecht Engels gesproken en slechte service. Noch slecht, noch erg goed eten. In 5 dagen had ik geen zonnebank die vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends met handdoeken omging het zwembad en op het strand.Het hotel is 4 sterren, maar ik zou het slechts 2 en een halve ster geven. Helemaal teleurgesteld, de eerste en laatste vakantie in Bulgarije

Были с 4 по 11 октября .Так как это конец сезона нас заселили в Вистамар .Остались очень довольны .Чистота ,все работники готовы всегда помочь ,очень удобно что есть свой прокат машин .Замечательная кухня ,хороший спа .Короче говоря хотим приехать ещё на будущий год .Сказать о минусах не могу так как не заметили таковых .

I liked to staff positive attitude. I was given a room at the end of the resort where I have to walk for more than 5 min and climb stairs. The room ac was not working properly. The balcony view was blocked and the refrigerator sound was unbearable.

Great location by the beach with own beach bar.

My wife and I went for 9 days for the first time. We only went expecting a lot of relaxation. Although there were a lot of families there with children, the hotel was spacious enough to enjoy a peaceful time. The beach was wonderful. The food was good and varied. T

Slidt hotel, jævnt kedelig mad, forfærdelig bar! All inclusive betyder sodavand fra fontæne - baseret på vand fra hane (bedømt på lugten) og begge unger blev syge. Een øl at vælge og eksternt dårlig vin. Dårlig lugt af sur øl i barområdet og nogle værelser er plaget af sur stank af karklud. God strand med fin service som del af all inclusive. Dygtige unge mennesker driver børneklub.

Nice waterpark hotel, perfect for families

The Hotel is nice, my ground floor room spacious. The carpet does need updating. The included food was ok, think Cruise Ship food; the selection of liquors at the well (lowest grade) level, so I didn't try, though the house red wine was acceptable. The location just about 1 minute walk to the beach, which was packer with families and tourists. The boardwalk is lively and lots to do and see. Of course I was here in late July, so duh! The water was similar to home in St. Pete, Florida, though cooler and the sand a bit more rocky than our powder beaches in Florida. Staff is really friendly and if you engage with them most willing to help. Overall the climate in central Europe is to first think "NO" we can't do that, but with a smile and gentle prodding, they will try. It's a changing (for the positive) cultural phenomena and that's fabulous! So if you are in the region and want a value family vacation, Varna and hotel Bolero will be right up your alley. They do have a nice indoor pool and gym, which is nice and quiet vs the lively outdoor pools, plus a massage spa which my sore traveling muscles enjoyed.

Great family vacation at Bolero

The hotel and facilities are very clean, the staff is helpful and focused on making the guests feel welcomed and happy. The all inclusive foods and drinks are ok, cannot say great, but it's what you expect for an usual "all inclusive" pack, the "a la carte" restaurants might be better. We haven't tried them, because it was easier with our child to choose what ever she wanted. The hotel is very close to the beach where you have free sunbeds, umbrella and mattresses, as Grifid Hotels guest. The beach and the water are clean, you can enjoy free cocktails from the Grifid beach bar. The only thing that bothered us was the noise coming from a neighboring hotel (Park Hotel Golden Beach), they played loud music beyond 10:30 PM. If you are used to this then, you should not worry. We were looking for a quieter holiday, but you can't have them all :). A lot of families with children choose this hotel, for the large pools, kids pool and the aqua park. Overall the hotel offers all you need for a relaxing holiday.
