Beautifully appointed apartment in as new condition, across the road from Burleigh beach. Plenty of food options within walking/delivery range. Not far to shopping centre and good base of operations.
Our stay saw faulty ac, non working washing machine and dryer, however, the agent was quick to reply with a notification that they will be repaired for the next customer.
Burleigh is a bustling hub, so parking is tricky, and on weekends there will be plenty of merriment and music all around so step carefully in the morning. We enjoyed it, despite the oddities, I’d still recommend it. Comfy beds.

The property was very spacious and secretive. You can see the beach from the outdoor balcony. Mostly clean with everything you need.
Odd access to apartment (entrance where rubbish bins are situated) and without free parking nearby.
Small balcony door didn't close (building problem), which was annoying when it would open and bang with the wind.
Downs stairs construction started at 6am every morning Monday to Saturday which woke my 2 month old and 12 month old every morning.
As my toddler crawled around the floor her knees and hands and legs turned black due to unclean floors even after vacuuming the floor several times.
There was no convenient parking to get both my children out making it difficult to get them to and from the apartment especially at night time.
Would not recommend for a family with younger children
Apartment was great and close to all amenities and restaurants but there is a nightclub nearby that had music playing until well after midnight. Entry to the apartment was in a back lane which seemed unsafe especially if a night. On the Saturday night we had a group of intoxicated people congregate at the entrance of the apartment and one person came up the stairs about midnight and bashed on our door which was very frightening especially when we had young children in the apartment. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs that should be kept locked to keep intruders out. We kept locking it but every time we went down it was unlocked and propped open. Don’t think we would stay here again.

Disliked: Amenities
No power point in kitchen. Door at balcony not able to be locked. No serving dishes or salad bowls but a drawer full of salad servers. No cross ventilation. Depressing concrete enclosure on patio.
Back laneway becomes a noisy drunken party area after dark with foul language.

Air conditioner didnt work in any of the rooms, dryer didnt work, when we called for a maintenace person they had no idea what to do to fix anything. We asked for our sheets to be changed as we were there for a few days but they were not changed when asked. Limited cooking equipment and cutlery. No lamps or anytging in the main room but had lamps in the other rooms, limited power points in all rooms. The room said it had ocen views but there was only a little view through some trees. They booked us for 2 rooms instead of 1 but wouldnt tell us if they charged us for 2 or 1. Before we left we had to fully clean the apartment to make sure there is no dust or anything anywhere or we would be charged an extra cleaning fee, i understand doing basic cleaning but not a full clean as that should be included in our hotel price. They had cleaning equipment but had no dust pan to clean up. So not happy at all, we will never stay there again.
