Beautiful hotel. Fantastic indoor and outdoor pool and spa facilities with beach towels provided. Clean room! Comfortable bed. Very close to everything, walking distance. Overall really nice hotel.

The room was cleaned and nice however i do not like their balcony, it's enclosure and very hot. We won't be able to enjoy the ocean fresh air .

This was the second time staying. Never go back again. I went for the second trial, then as the first time, the second visit was horrible. Especially, do not expect you’ll get an on-site carpark.

Our checkin experience was very poor, staff happy to ignore you while you are standing there to the point of being “invisible”. When my husband complained to them they tried to justify it, no apology. I had to ask for the dooner to be changed on the bed as it was very soiled, twice I call ed housekeeping when they finally came to change it (we were out) they just had remade the bed and didn’t change the dooner. Don’t expect anything by the pool, no food, no drinks, no alcohol, no service!

The property was great. Unfortunately the check in was a disaster with nowhere to park, no one to coordinate this. Massive line to check in with only one staff member who was in training. Thought being where it was it would be run a bit more efficient and professional.

The lifts not good enough always full with the hotel guests and have to wait for at least 5 minutes and the worst when NYE from the pool on level 5 I was waiting for the lift around 15 minutes. Also the A/C not cool enough as you can only set to min temperature 21 degree. Luckily it was not hot weather when I stayed there for two days. The good thing only the ocean view that you can see the fireworks on NYE also the bed and pillow so comfy for me.

Unbelievable slow service at the reception. The hotel is really great with perfect location, nice rooms and nice swimming pool and gym. If the service is improved this is a great hotel and worth the cost..

Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise top modern!
Apartment: Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise befindet sich an super Lage. Unsere Wohnung mit einem grossen Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer war top modern eingerichtet und sauber. Im Wohnzimmer wurde zum Glück auf Teppich verzichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist zentral und die Temperatur lässt sich einfach regulieren. FAZIT: Positiver Gesamteindruck, gerne wieder! Parkplatz: Das Parkhaus im Gebäude ist kompliziert gebaut und die Kapazität ist sehr begrenzt. Aus diesem Grund muss das Auto auf dem Meriton Suites Parkplatz (draussen!) geparkt werden. Etwas frech, dass für diesen Aussenparkpatz AUD 20.00 pro Tag verlangt wird.
