Hi Ghassan, thank you for your review! Our check in/out times are based on the industry standard, as well as our limited staff, as we are a small motel with one cleaner who sometimes has to work on 12 rooms at a time by herself; a 4 hour interval for these occasions comes with pressure, but we manage. We understand that some guests arrive here with the expectations for a hotel however, we do not market ourselves as one, because that is not what we are. This is a fully renovated motel, which means all of our furniture is new, including the beds and mattresses.

We would like to know more. If you do not leave any comments we don't know what we can do better or is 1 in China the same as 5 in Australia?

Hi Nanette, thank you for staying with us and your review. I only want to say that the property description and photos are exact that what you get. You also clearly can see that we have a pool and all rooms are ground floor. Also the building is not new and we are operating as a Motel. Thanks again and have a great time in Australia.
