This stay would have to be my worst ever.
I will list the problems.
Lift didn't work.
The room was dirty with stains on the curtains, the chairs, the kitchen floor.
Holes in the curtains.
Skuff marks & paint off the door edges, the walls, the cupboards.
Damaged lino floor (holes).
Damaged bench top.
The air con in the main room was unable to cool the bedroom due to the ventilation system sucking out the cool air from the unit, so bedroom was very hot.
No tea, coffee, milk or sugar to make a cup upon arrival.
No jug for drinking water to place in the fridge.
Information & Directory folder was filthy.
I felt the overall security was lacking on what is available at most hotels.
It was extremely noisy from all of the traffic.
Unit did not match photographs when booking.
A couple of good points.
Staff was helpful upon checking in through phone conversation due to my late arrival.
Main bed was comfortable.
The washing machine & Dryer were reasonably new looking, so hopefully they worked! I did not use them.
Microwave, fridge room fan worked ok.
Value for money 1 out of 10
My overall score is 2 out of 10.
I would never stay here again.

The apartment definitely asks for some uplift, but it was reasonably priced, overall comfortable, not smelly, with good views and in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
Facilities include underground parking, decent swimming pool, SPA and sauna + outdoor BBQ area.
It would benefit a lot to have more cleaning supplies - dishwashing soap, spounges, scourer, paper towels, extra rubbish bags and toilet paper. On arrival found a massive puddle under the fridge which I had to wipe with toilet paper as nothing else was available, which we ran out of as a result. Since it was an easter - no luck buying those supplies. Those things are not expensive, but can be quite frustrating to find yourself in such a situation.

We stayed in the far townhouse. WiFi was useless. Parking required a long walk via the main building and lifts. Good location for beach walks but other properties nearby are better if you can get them.
We stay 3night for 2 person.But only one persons body soap and shampoo provided.
No spare toilet roll.No bin bag.

Winter stay review
The gentleman that sign me in was lovely, but after that it went down hill. The town house we were given was not the one that was advertised or that I booked. When entering the unit we were over come by a smell in the unit like it hadn’t been opened up or aired for quite a while. Had to purchase a scented candle to over power the smell. Ceiling fan light in dining area constantly flickered and the fan didn’t work, There were no exhaust fans in either of the bathrooms so was unable to use the vanity mirror after showing. Shower in main bedroom leaked water all over the floor so floor mat was saturated when getting out of the shower. Was unable to use bath in main bathroom as no way to fill it unless you used the shower. And the smoke alarm had been removed from here as well. Middle of winter and only very thin blankets were on the beds with only 1 spare blanket but 4 beds. We also had no access to the free internet as the membership had expired. The tiled floors were very slippery
We recently stayed here for the weekend, upon arrival we noticed the property was quite dirty including rubbish from the previous guest, a dirty sock behind the bedroom door (again likely from a previous guest), the second bedroom doona cover had a large brown stain right in the middle and the master bedroom doona also had brown stains on the underside. The shower leaked so the ensuite was constantly wet. The location of the property is right next to the main road, it was extremely loud particularly because we were on the first floor. The apartment is advertised as ‘partial ocean views’ we saw nothing but road and car park, even when attempting to locate any sign of an ocean view. Most the windows wouldn’t open and the main area only has one half blind which can not be brought up and has to stay down. Overall a lot of improvements to be made and I believe you would be able to find nicer accommodation in the area for a similar price (at least one that is clean!)
Kitchen floor not clean; only 2 non-matching wine glasses (one tiny, one larger); no champagne glasses; Tea/Coffee containers empty; half a roll of toilet paper (we ran out and none to be found, noone in reception on weekend/after hours); coffee table on veranda had no top on it (useless and trashy looking); supplied shampoo but no conditioner (useless); sliding glass door to veranda very hard to open/close; no aircon in bedroom, was hard to get cool air to come in from lounge, even with the fans on; someones empty disposable water bottle under the bed, along with lots of dust and dirt; a battery and a bunch of pingpong balls left in tray on shelf in kitchen; couldn't find how to connect to wifi (no wifi code displayed anywhere and couldn't work out how to contact anyone for assistance as it was 5.30pm - noone in reception). Was a convenient location for what we needed, but the unit was very run down and was not stocked with basic items - toilet paper is a very basic item, tea/coffee etc is pretty basic also. Not impressed for the price. Didn't seem like much care had been taken to make guests comfortable and help them enjoy their stay.

Beautiful views from our room. Towels and beds were clean. Washing machine and dryer operated well. The apartment was spacious and tidy.
Some improvements could be an upgrade of the toaster and kettle. We didnt use the toaster as it looked very worn out and unsafe. The pipes are bouncing in the walls from the laundry, you need to turn off the washing tap to stop the noise - would definitely bother some people if they dont know where it's coming from. The toilets were weak to flush even just toilet paper, have to flush a few times. To us, these were minor. I would still stay here again.

Townhouse 69 was roomy, in a good location and surprisingly quiet given it was on the God Coast Highway. Property is in need of renovation/repair. Balcony doors don’t lock, wall joints cracked and flaking. Tiling in bathrooms need re grouting as looks dirty, and the floor of the second bathroom upstairs slopes towards the door which, combined with ineffective shower over bathtub screening, caused a lot flooding into the corridor after only 1 shower.

Great location ,great unit ,great staff and management but the unit walls dirty need cleaning or repainting ,curtains have mold on them ,kettle didn’t work cutting board needs to go in the bin no washing liquid or cloths to wash and wipe dishes when a note says there will be a cleaning fee of $25 if they were not washed we went and brought ourself.
