"Location is close to airport not really Istanbul Centre. Beautiful spa facilities, our Royal suite was very good with 1 full and one half bathroom. Breakfast buffet was not good, if you are a Marriott club, use that club M room instead of buying the buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff were not friendly or helpful. Despite my friend speaking Turkish to them, they were ignoring us. There was a very rude person name Ibrahim at the restaurant the night we arrived and the encounter was very unpleasant. The front desk staff were nice but did not have enough knowledge or experience how to help. We enjoyed our stay but would not go back there."

The pool was extremely clean and well maintained, and the Turkish Hamam was just as good. The hotel room cleaning was spectacular, and it’s perfect for families and groups of friends."
