"This hotel was incredible. It was super clean, staff was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate. I left my phone in the bed, didn't notice it until I was at the airport with the rental car already returned. The found my phone and brought it over by shuttle in plenty of time to get back through security and make my flight. Can't say enough good things about this hotel!"

"Breakfast on Friday was over too soon"

"Good place"

"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"Room was clean and comfortable. My complaint is it was so noisy above and outside in the hall."

"Centrally located 5- 10 minute drive to Newport center. v Good hotel for pet owners and we'll maintained"

"Value for money."

"The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't the best but ok. THE STAFF was TERRIBLE. Talking on the phone(not business) and having me wait That happened twice. Was not informational at all. Overall sorry first impression...."

"Muy bueno todo gracias todo muy bien"

"We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...

"Clean room daily and excellent breakfast Staff was always helpful"

"Everything was just right."
