"Amazing breakfast, friendly staff"

"I’ve seen many hotels and I understand that hospitality and customer service aren’t always easy. But if you don’t enjoy the job, perhaps it’s time to consider a different one. Blaming me with a rude attitude at the entrance of the breakfast room for a mistake made by reception is far from what I would call customer-friendly."

"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Hotel is way outside the city centre. Next to large fenced off industrial site. I was told in reception there is free minibar… ok, thanks. Always a pleasure. But it was completely empty!!!! Not even a soft drink.. next morning the water was shut off for 1 hour.. without notice. Not nice experience. "

"Stayed here for a 4th time. Great value apartments close to all amenities in good location. Communication on this occasion was a bit of a let down. Was told to communicate through WhatsApp for door codes which we had to ring several times. Code was not working on check in and we had to make further calls on arrival bathroom toilet seat was broken Communicated this on WhatsApp and still never received a response. Saying this the apartment is great, good value for money and tidy. "
