The room was beautiful, and breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options each morning. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay at Hotel Maximilian again."

"Excellent but 1 downer. The coffee system at breakfast which I was told is to be fixed. After a 30-minute wait for coffee and the lone machine would still not work, a member of the staff did make a cup of coffee for me. Besides that, a most pleasant stay."

"It was excellent. I had last stayed there about 15 years ago, and the renovated rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My only complaint is about the doors to the stairways- they slam consistently. Maybe try some doors that don't slam shut. Last night i had to sleep with earplugs in. "
