"We came in early evening and the desk clerk wasn't very attentive. When going in and out of the pool area you needed the desk clerk to open it for you so every time we came back we needed to go to the smoking area to get her."

"Pool was closed. Rooms were dirty and no soap in the room my daughter stayed in. She checked out that first night. We never checked in. Couldn't check in till 5:30pm not like 3:00 as they said in the website. Hotel been in remodeling mode since December one staff member told us."
