"Let me start with the good: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and there's actually a bar onsite that had good Irish whiskey. I saw several reviews about lack of hot water, the TVs not working, hard beds, and there not being any coffee in the rooms (or the lobby) - all true. The town is under stage 5 water restrictions, so frankly, turning the hot water temp down keeps people from taking super long wasteful showers. I'm not saying that they have done this, but the...

"Clean room"

"We have stayed at various places in Globe, and this was the cleanest and most updated hotel. It was quiet, and the breakfast experience was unique."

"The comforter/outer cover had holes in it. The bathtub had a crack that someone had attempted to repair-but it was still cracked. Breakfast was appropriate as a Continental breakfast. Parking was plentiful and free."

"The room was clean, but it had an odor. The employees were pleasant. The breakfast good, but the breakfast area was small. The parking lot was gravel, needs to be asphalt."

"I liked that breakfast was provided because there were no restaurants close by. I did not like the fact that rooms, especially the bathrooms are not cleaned daily. (I had a 4-night stay) It seems you have to request it. Also, as I was leaving for the day, I stopped at the front desk to request clean towels be delivered to my room, they handed me the towels and I had to take the towels back to my room. It wasn't that big a deal but it was a little inconvenient because I was on my way out."
