"Absolutely fantastic for the price. 10/10 hotel. Safe, clean, great staff, solid breakfast, book here seriously."

"This has been my go to hotel in Vancouver but no longer. They charge you extra if you check in before 4:00. Doesn’t matter that the room is ready, you pay. It’s a money grab. I think it’s $25 to check in early, even at 3:45. I only stayed there this time because I was arriving at 6 PM but I think it’s time to move on"

"Room was clean, area is conveniently close to the mall and other restaurants. Surrounding looks pretty safe."

"Not good at remembering names, but the lady who checked us in on 10/29 was the most helpful, friendly, and professional person I have had dealings with at any hotel. And she remained that way throughout our stay. She deserves a gold star! The others were nice, as well, but she went above and beyond to be helpful and just had the greatest personality! Our room was clean and nicely arranged and the breakfast was excellent every morning. We enjoyed the variety of fresh offerings! Thank you for...

When I arrived I realized that the desk was indeed closed and it left me stranded in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere else to stay. When I googled it, it said there was 24 hour check in and I went off of this information since no one was answering when...

"Lazy counter clerks no sense of urgency Halloween weekends walking slow to there counters then sitting in a chair no showmanship of world class service . Very let down badly"

"I loved the rooms, so spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was a boon. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Would love to visit again if the opportunity arises."

"Great service and the hotel is very well maintained."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and efficient"
