"A beautiful location and a charming hotel Sheen Falls Lodge enjoys a truly remarkable location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and overlooking the river and waterfalls. The setting is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the property, and the hotel itself is very beautiful, with plenty of character and an elegant atmosphere. The service was generally pleasant and courteous, but not always at the level of professionalism and attention to detail we would expect from a Relais & Châteaux hotel....

The decor is a little tired in places but did not distract from a very pleasant one night stay. Definitely recommend."
