Hello! We are sorry you felt that way, we are known for our large parking lot, in fact we get a lot of truckers and semi's coming to us due to our spacious parking lot. Was someone parked in front of your door? Thanks for your feedback!

Every one of our rooms have an air conditioner in them. If your air conditioner was not working, did you talk to the front desk worker? Many times it is a simple fix with just pressing the correct button to turn it on etc. Unfortunately, flies are a fact of life in Montana. We do our best to wage war on the little buggers, and will continue to fight the fight! We can also provide fly spray and fly swatters on request. ;)

Hi Larry, we are sorry you felt our toilets were very small. Actually, we use standard toilets in every room, and your room was no exception. If there were other issues with the room, did you talk to the front desk worker? We are a small mom and pop hotel, and we take pride in the comfort of our guests.

Thanks for your feedback. We have chosen to take the safety chains off of our doors as guests would constantly open them and either break the chain, or splinter the framework around the door. It became too costly to keep on. We run on a well, and meet all state and national requirements and tests. Well water does indeed have a tint to it, and we are hoping to install a new filter system soon. Thanks again!

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay here. We would love to address your concerns, but they seem very vague. We live in a very small town with very low crime rate. Our hotel has not had problems with crime or being unsafe. Please advise us on what was unsafe, and what room you were in that was so horrible by emailing us at your convenience. Thank you.
