"The whole experience was amazing despite the rain when we arrived. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spacious accommodations with a lovely two-tub bath and in-room dining. The location was excellent to explore the Glencoe sights. Highly recommended, for a splurge stay. "

"Room was ready when we checked in at 5pm. Room is large. The environment is so nice. Breakfast is perfect. Good to travel around Glencoe snd A82. "

"The lodge was very clean and charming. We felt at home right away. We were not missing anything that we needed. Communication was easy and quick. We would be happy to book there again. I suppose the only downside is that it is right off the highway, so cars and lorries are regularly passing by. This does take away from the peace of the lake on the other side of the highway. But this negative point is eclipsed by all the positive aspects. Highly recommended!"

"What a great little place! It's perfect if you need a home-base and want to tour around the area. It's simple but lovely and well maintained. So clean! Alan, one of the owners is very knowledgeable and not just about the area! He has geology knowledge upon food recommendations upon hiking/walking/climbing trails. We got a lovely reception as soon as we arrived. It isn't fancy but the atmosphere and service are 5 star. "

"Had a lovely overnight stay in mid February 2026. Lovely family run hotel, gorgeous scenery, delicious food and wonderful warm staff made for the most delightful stay. Staff very welcoming to children. Great gluten free and vegetarian meal choices at the restaurant along with a good priced children’s menu. Our family room had a very generous queen sized bed (? may have been king sized) and a sofa bed. Well priced for Valentines weekend. Would definitely stay again"

"We had a wonderful stay at Glenlochy Nevis Bridge Apartments. The apartment was exceptionally clean — the carpets were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. It genuinely feels homely and cosy, not just like a rental. The décor is tasteful, the pictures on the walls are beautiful, and the little touches — like flowers arranged on the towels — made it feel welcoming and thoughtful. "Staff were very welcoming! The hotel was very clean, nice decor. A good selection of complimentary snacks were in the room. There was renovations going on but this did not have a negative impact on the stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very out dated and dirty. The sheets had hair on them. There was no shower only a tub but there was no hot water anyways. There was no heat. Someone was singing or praying very loud at about 11 oclock at night. No elevator and we wrre on the 3rd floor. Awful!!!!! "

"We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day. "
