Owner was extremely accommodating with issues that were found, fixed up problems immediately (internet wasn't great to begin with then was fast again) and the beds are very comfortable. Will stay again

Comfortable and convenient pet friendly stay. Would recommend the carpet to be replaced with floorboards as it smelt of pet urine

The room was reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Several basic items missing from room - plates, cutlery, tea towel, extra blankets - even though there was a microwave, fridge and toaster in the room. The bed also skated on the Lino floor each time I sat on it, which was a bit hazardous. The wheels on the beds need to sit in small coaster-cups. Apart from that, I was quite comfortable.
We will stay again at this pet-friendly accommodation the next time we are travelling through Glen Innes.
Ash was very helpful at check-in and suggested dinner venues.
Arrived late to site due to vehicle problems, and I was greeted by the manager, who had been trying to contact me via email (as phone number wasn’t supplied to motel)
Ash had already turned on the heating as it was 5 degs and dropping.
A quick show of the room and into town for a feed.
The bed was comfortable, however as we a pillow snobs, the extra pillows did come in handy.
The shower was awesome. Pressure strong enough to blast one into the drain, but also hot (quickly)
Even though the motel is on the main hwy, being a Saturday night the traffic was light and we were not disturbed by traffic.
Bonus being pet friendly.
This is a budget motel with no frills, but if you are looking for somewhere to stay for the night which is not much more than a bed and shower this is your place. Staff were very friendly & helpful on arrival. The rooms are in need of a renovation but it is comfortable and tidy enough at this price.
Staff very friendly and helpful had good nights sleep bed was great tv was one of the best we have experienced out of over 50 properties shower was good
Overall priced well, rooms where free of Highway noise, Beds where quite hard

This is a budget motel, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooms were also a decent size. The manager was helpful and pleasant and we would stay there again. Pet friendliness was an additional asset.
Not the most modern amenities, but had everything you need, and everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. Most importantly pets allowed (for $25 at the time of writing)

We were very late getting to the property and it was a very cold night.
The owner was thoughtful enough to turn on the heating for us so the room was beautiful and warm when we arrived
Bugs and dead blowflies on topsheets, TV didnt work.

Not happy
Very uninviting the walls were not painted which made it look very dark. The bathroom tap could not be turned off. One of the beds needs a new mattress. Over charged for the dogs, $25 each. The concrete in courtyard was full of hollows which filled up with water when it rained.
The whole room was depressing, won't go back
