"Great location in Cong. Close to everything. Parking wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only advice is that they don't have an elevator/lift. If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes. "

"This hotel is a great location but it felt a little worn down and cramped and the parking was a bit of a nightmare. The rooms were beautiful but the view onto the street not so much. Breakfast was just okay. We only stayed here one night but compared to all the other fabulous stays we had in Ireland, I would not return to this hotel. We did love that they gave us bags of O’Donnell’s potato chips - the best potato chips we had in Ireland. That was a nice touch."

"I liked the staff. They were helpful. However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive to the hotel and get checked in until about 7:15 or 7:30. I immediately went to the spa for a soak and sauna but discovered it closed at 8:00. I couldn’t use the pool as I didn't have a bathing cap. I could use the hot tub but half the jets didn’t work. "10/10 super central and cosy guesthouse in Clifden. Super location, clean rooms, fast wifi and the Nespresso machines in the room were a welcome surprise. The kitchen and entrance are getting a refurb but its a minor quibble, it looks exciting . The wine bar will open in July but the space is free to use for guests and is a really cool, chill space. Really friendly local owner who gave us some local tips on the hidden gems of Connemara . 10/10"
