"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr veraltet. Die Betten waren einigermaßen, die Bettwäsche fand ich schrecklich von der Qualität. Das Bad war nicht ganz so sauber und die Handtücher haben komisch gerochen. Daran sollte man was ändern."

"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...

The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and even shared some Stollen with us, which was the first time we tried it and now really enjoy this German sweet bread. Bei Ankunft hatte sie behauptet, dass Expedia meine Vorauszahlung nicht weitergeleitet hätte, was im Nachhinein gelogen war. Ich musste vor Ort ein weiteres Mal bezahlen. Nach späterer Reklamation wurde ich wiederum auf unfreundliche Weise von ihr hingehalten. Im Mailverkehr wird man von ihr geduzt und absolut überheblich behandelt. Nie wieder buche ich diese Unterkunft und kann nur jeden davor warnen!"
