Unfortunately, i didnt get to enjoy this stay, after booking it through Expedia.
It was the week of the horrendeous weather/severe storms in January and it was deemed unsafe to travel.
YOTEL refused to offer Refund or at least offer to reschedual for another date.
I lost all money paid.
I had stayed there before and enjoyed my previous Yotel experience, but on this occcasion - The customer service team showed a lack of care and courtesy.
To send a followup email asking for a review of my stay only proved this.
This had put me off ever booking up Yotel Again.
